✨ ABOUT THIS GATHERING

This is a free camping event open to all seekers, healers, and lovers of community. Whether you're drawn to spiritual practice, wellness, nature connection, or simply the joy of gathering with kindred souls, you belong here. Come as you are. All are welcome.

We invite you to participate in a full day of sacred offerings including reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, tarot reading, yoga, and more, all set against the natural beauty of our Sanctuary Grounds.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

This is a camping event and a gift economy gathering. We ask that you bring your own:

•  Tent and sleeping bag

•  Camping essentials and toiletries

•  Any medications or personal items you may need

•  A dish or beverage to share (potluck style)

The more we offer from the heart, the more abundant our gathering becomes. Whether it's a home-cooked meal, fresh fruit, tea, snacks, or a simple offering, your contribution nourishes the collective table.

Everyone is welcome to volunteer. Whether you'd like to help hold space, facilitate an offering, coordinate meals, manage the fire, or support the flow of the gathering in any way, your presence and gifts are valued. 📍 LOGISTICS & PREPARATION

Location: Norwich, NY(Address given once RSVPed)

Arrival: Plan to arrive on August 15th by 10am to ground and set up your campsite so that you can be ready prior to the opening ceremony.

Duration: This is a full day and overnight event, ending on August 16th at 3PM.

Weather: ☔ If rain is forecasted, bring additional rain gear and ensure your tent is weather-ready.

Special Needs: If you have accessibility needs or specific requirements, please let us know in advance so we can support you appropriately.

💚 GUIDELINES FOR THE GATHERING

Come in right relationship: Arrive with an open heart and respect for the sacred space we're holding together.

Leave no trace: Help us care for the land. Please pack out everything you pack in and leave our Sanctuary Grounds cleaner than you found it.

Consent and boundaries: Honor the boundaries of all participants. Ask before touching, and respect "no" gracefully.
