Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any In One Heart offering. By submitting an application or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Our Services

In One Heart offers transformative retreats, workshops, and private sessions designed to support personal growth, healing, and self-exploration. Our offerings are facilitated experiences. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in any In One Heart offering.
• You must complete an honest and accurate application, including full disclosure of any relevant health conditions.
• We reserve the right to decline any application or booking at our discretion, including where we believe participation may not be appropriate for a given individual.

3. Health & Safety

Your safety is our highest priority. By applying or booking:

• You confirm that the health information provided in your application is accurate and complete.
• You agree to inform us of any changes to your health status between application and the event date.
• You acknowledge that some offerings may be physically or emotionally demanding and agree to participate within your own limits.
• You agree to follow all safety guidelines provided by our facilitation team.

4. Medical Disclaimer

In One Heart does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing within our offerings, communications, or website should be interpreted as medical advice. If you have a medical or psychiatric condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating. Participation in our offerings is entirely at your own risk.

5. Bookings & Payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific offering details.

6. Cancellation by Participant

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may receive a partial refund or credit.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are generally non-refundable.
• Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.

7. Cancellation or Changes by In One Heart

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an offering due to insufficient enrolment, facilitator illness, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.

8. Photography & Media

We may photograph or film aspects of our retreats and events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant us permission to use any images or footage in which you appear, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event that you do not consent.

9. Confidentiality

Our retreats and sessions create a container of trust. What is shared within the group stays within the group. Participants are expected to honour the confidentiality of others' experiences and disclosures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, course materials, and audio, is the intellectual property of In One Heart and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, In One Heart, its facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in our offerings or use of our website. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific offering in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
