Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances change. This policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds across our different offerings. Please read it carefully before booking.
1. Retreats
Retreats require significant advance planning and logistical commitment. Our retreat refund policy is as follows:

| 60–90 days before the retreat | 50% refund of the amount paid above the deposit |

Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. The deposit amount is stated on each retreat listing.
2. Workshops
- More than 14 days before: Full refund.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future workshop.
- Less than 7 days before: No refund. A credit may be offered at our discretion.
- No-shows: No refund.
3. Private Sessions
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund or reschedule at no charge.
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund. One reschedule permitted.
- Less than 24 hours before: No refund. The session is forfeited.
4. Shop / Digital Products
- Physical products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection.
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
5. Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another person at no charge, provided you notify us at least 14 days before the event and the replacement participant completes any required application process. Please contact us at hello@inoneheart.com to arrange a transfer.
6. Cancellation by In One Heart
If we cancel an offering for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any deposits. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may have incurred, such as flights or accommodation.
If we reschedule an offering, you will be given the option to transfer to the new date or receive a full refund.
7. Extenuating Circumstances
We review all cancellation requests individually. In cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other significant circumstances, we will do our best to find a compassionate resolution. This may take the form of a credit, a transfer, or a partial refund. Please contact us as soon as possible in these situations.
8. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please email us at hello@inoneheart.com with your name, booking reference, and the offering you wish to cancel. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your email.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing depends on your card issuer or bank.
