Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") applies to all bookings and purchases made through inoneheart.com and is incorporated into our Terms & Conditions. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to this Policy. Please read it carefully before booking.
All refund requests are measured from the date we receive written notice of cancellation via email to hello@inoneheart.com, not the date of your request. We are not responsible for any financial losses arising from your failure to cancel in writing.
1. Retreats
Retreats require significant logistical commitment including venue deposits, catering, and staffing that cannot be recovered on short notice. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. The cancellation schedule below applies to the balance paid above the deposit:

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of timing. The specific deposit amount is clearly stated on each retreat listing prior to booking.
2. Workshops

3. Private Sessions

Reschedule requests for private sessions are limited to one per booking and must be requested no less than 24 hours before the original session time.
4. Shop — Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, provided the item is returned in its original, unused, unopened condition with all original packaging. To initiate a return:
- Email hello@inoneheart.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the item arrives safely.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
We do not accept returns of items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned after the 14-day window. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
5. Shop — Digital Products and Downloads
All sales of digital products (including downloadable audio, video, guides, and courses) are final once the product has been accessed, streamed, or downloaded. No refunds will be issued for digital products after access has been granted, as the product has been delivered in full.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a digital product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@inoneheart.com and we will make every effort to resolve the issue or provide an alternative means of access.
6. Booking Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another eligible participant at no charge, provided:
- You notify us in writing at hello@inoneheart.com at least 14 days before the event;
- The replacement participant meets our eligibility requirements and completes any required application or intake process; and
- We approve the transfer in writing.
Transfers are not permitted within 14 days of the event. Credits issued by us are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Cancellation or Postponement by In One Heart
If In One Heart cancels an offering for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including any non-refundable deposit. This is the exclusive remedy for a cancellation by us.
If In One Heart reschedules or materially modifies an offering, participants will be given the choice to: (a) transfer to the new date or modified offering at no charge, or (b) receive a full refund. We are not liable for any independent expenses incurred by participants, including airfare, accommodation, or travel costs. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for destination retreats.
8. Extenuating Circumstances
We recognise that life is unpredictable. In documented cases of serious illness, bereavement, or other significant extenuating circumstances, we will review requests for exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis. Exceptions are at our sole discretion and may take the form of a full or partial credit, a transfer to a future offering, or a partial refund. We are not obligated to grant any exception.
To request a compassionate review, email hello@inoneheart.com as soon as possible with your name, booking reference, and supporting documentation where available.
9. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel, email hello@inoneheart.com with:
- Your full name
- Your booking reference or order number
- The name and date of the offering
- Your reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful)
Your cancellation is effective from the date and time we receive your email. Verbal or social media cancellations are not accepted. We will confirm receipt of your cancellation and advise your refund amount within 3 business days.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or financial institution and are outside our control. Refunds for PayPal transactions will be returned to your PayPal account or original funding source per PayPal's standard processing timeline.
We do not issue refunds by cash, cheque, or alternative payment methods. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
11. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your card issuer or PayPal. We work hard to resolve issues fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended from future bookings pending resolution of the dispute. If a chargeback is found to be invalid or fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
