Awakening the Illuminated Heart
A journey from the mind into the wisdom of the Heart.
There are teachings we learn, and there are teachings that feel as though we are simply remembering something we have always known.
Awakening the Illuminated Heart is an invitation into that remembering.
This workshop is lovingly guided by Evelyn Viviana, personally certified by Drunvalo Melchizedek through the School of Remembering, now known as Remembering the Heart. For more than a decade, Evelyn has shared these teachings with students from around the world, creating a space where the teachings can be experienced with clarity, presence, care, and an open Heart.
Throughout this experiential journey, you will be guided from habitual, brain based perception into a deeper relationship with the Heart.
Through guided meditation, conscious breath, movement, ceremony, visual teachings, and direct experience, we explore how to move beyond patterns of duality and polarity and into greater inner coherence, Unity, and presence.
At the heart of the workshop is the experience of entering the Sacred Space of the Heart and the Tiny Space of the Heart, learning to access the Heart as a center of perception and creation.
From this inner space, we explore healing and emotional release, the Unity Breath, the relationship between the Heart, brain, and pineal gland, Sacred Geometry, inner imagery and perception, and the awakening of the MerKaBa Light Body from the Heart.
Rather than approaching the MerKaBa as something created only through visualization or mental technique, you will learn a Heart centered approach in which the MerKaBa is experienced as a natural and stable state of being.
Ultimately, this work is an invitation to experience another way of living and creating.
Not simply from what the mind has learned, feared, expected, or experienced in the past, but from the deeper intelligence of the Heart.
You are not coming simply to learn about the Heart.
You are coming to experience it.

What's included
- Your Three Day Journey Includes:
- Over the course of three days, you will be guided through a deeply experiential journey designed to move beyond simply learning about the Heart and into directly experiencing its wisdom.
- Through guided meditation, conscious breath, movement, ceremony, sound, sacred geometry, and Heart centered practices, you will explore new ways of perceiving, creating, and connecting from within.
- You will be guided into the Sacred Space of the Heart and the Tiny Space of the Heart, exploring the Heart as a center of awareness, Unity, and creation.
- Throughout our journey together, we will explore:
- • The Unity Breath Meditation, cultivating connection with Mother Earth, Father Sun, and the Divine
- • The Sacred Space and Tiny Space of the Heart, learning to consciously enter and experience your inner Heart space
- • Healing ceremonies and practices designed to support emotional release, forgiveness, and greater inner freedom
- • Blue School teachings and meditations, working with imagery, intention, and inner perception
- • The Sufi Blessing Dance, a movement practice of presence, blessing, and connection
- • Sacred Geometry, exploring its relationship with consciousness, the human energy field, and the MerKaBa
- • Heart and brain coherence, exploring the relationship between the Heart, mind, and inner awareness
- • The pineal gland and Third Eye, including practices connected with inner perception and Drunvalo’s newer teachings
- • Creating from the Heart, experiencing the difference between creating through the polarity of the mind and creating from the Unity of the Heart
- • Connection with the Higher Self and Inner Child, deepening your relationship with your own inner guidance and awareness
- • The MerKaBa Light Body, including teachings and practices for awakening and activating the MerKaBa from within the Heart
- • Integration and embodiment, bringing these teachings beyond the workshop and into your everyday life
- More Than Learning
- Awakening the Illuminated Heart is designed to be experienced, not simply understood intellectually.
- Alongside the teachings, you will participate in practices that invite you to feel, explore, discover, and experience the material for yourself.
- The intention is to give you tools that you can continue working with long after the workshop has ended, supporting a deeper relationship with your Heart, your inner guidance, and the way you consciously create and move through your life.
- No previous experience is necessary. Whether you are new to this work or have been walking a spiritual path for many years, you are welcome to come exactly as you are.
- Your stay at The Enchanted Cabin is included with your workshop experience. Nestled in the peaceful landscape of Upstate New York, the cabin offers a beautiful setting to step away from everyday life, connect with nature, share in community, and allow the teachings to unfold beyond the workshop hours.
- This is more than three days of learning. It is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the experience, rest, connect, and journey deeply into the Heart.
